This kit includes the custom sub frame ready for a 1999 – 2007 Hayabusa motor and Quaife differential. Also included in this kit are the alignment bars for suspension and rubber mounting pads. The sub framing and bars will all be powdered coated in a silver coloring.

We Build It, You Install and Power It – $14,000

This kit includes all of the components necessary to transform your Smart into a Smart Busa with the exception of the Hyabusa motor and wiring harness. This kit is including, but is not limited to

• Custom Exhaust system
• Differential
• Drive System
• Koso Gages
• Hardware
• Lines and Cables
• Shifters
• Sub frame
• Throttle Pedal
• Windage Tray

• All Steel Components will be powered coated silver.
• The Engine cover will be carpeted and sound proofed.

Although we are not providing the wire harness itself (as you will get that with your motor) we would be more than happy to modify your wire harness and re-flash your computer as included in this kit.

The Everything Minus the Smart – $17,500

If you have the skill set or are confident of a shops capabilities, this kit including the motor will have everything you need for a conversion. This kit will have everything from the previously listed kits plus a low mileage Hayabusa Engine. The Busa engine will come installed in the sub frame all configured and ready for transplant.
